TERM OF SERVICE
GENERAL
By commissioning me, you automatically agree to follow my TOS. Please read them carefully.
✧ I may decline any commission request if I feel I cannot deliver it well enough.
✧ I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork on my social media accounts/portfolio (time to publish can be discussed).
✧ Personal commissions: You may not make any profit from the commissioned pieces (e.g. distributing, claiming ownership, making prints, reselling, etc.).
✧ Using a commissioned piece for NFTs, AI training, or AI-generated work is strictly prohibited.
PROCESS AND DELIVER
✧ Clear character references are required, please provide all what you want through references photos instead of written descriptions
✧ I will start Thumbnail sketch up to 2 or 3 for you to select one of them. Once you accepted the thumbnail, there will be no major revision.
✧ Working time can be various depending on the complexity of the work and my availability (Approximately 14 days- 1 months, not including queue)
✧ I will update the progress when you want ( But I normally sent you an update photo every 2-4 days)
✧ Once the work is finished, you will receive the full-resolution version as 300 DPI JPG/PNG via Email.
REVISIONS
✧ Unlimited revisions for the Thumbnail sketch.
✧ After the thumbnail sketch is approved, Revision only applies to color or minor changes for 3 times included in the price.
THING I WILL AND WON'T DRAW
✧ I will draw: Humanoid character, stylized characters, OC, Fanart, Soft NSFW (revealing character, kissing), slight gore.✧ I won't draw: Realistic/ Real people, people from photos, weapons, NSFW 18+, Furry, Mecha
PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
✧ Half payment before the sketch, and the rest after the thumbnail sketch.
✧ No refunds after I have started on your commission request.
✧ If I am unable to complete the request, a refund will be issued.
